Welcome to DIYAKON Intelligent Technology Pvt. Ltd. ("DIYAKON", "we", "our", or "us").

By purchasing our products or services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Products & Services

DIYAKON supplies industrial automation products, machine spare parts, industrial connectors, ESD products, networking accessories, cables, industrial consumables, and provides technical support and maintenance services.

2. Pricing

•  All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). 
• GST is applicable as per Government regulations.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Orders

• Orders are confirmed only after payment or Purchase Order acceptance.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or technical issues.

4. Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates only.
• Delays caused by courier companies, manufacturers, customs, or force majeure events are beyond our control.

5. Warranty

• Warranty is applicable only where specifically mentioned on the invoice or product documentation.
• Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.

6. Limitation of Liability

DIYAKON shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
• Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment.
• Payment deducted but order not processed.
• Product unavailable after payment.
• Wrong item supplied by DIYAKON.

Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Customized products.
• Special procurement items.
• Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse.
• Services already completed.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Any damaged or incorrect product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and invoice details.
